Garlic Parmesan Baked Halibut

Ingredients
1/4 cup Butter (softened)
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Finely chopped green onion
4 to 6 cloves Garlic (crushed)
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Salt & pepper to preference
Juice from 1/2 of a lemon
4 1 inch thick Halibut fillets
Rice for serving
Asparagus for serving

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450. Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Put the fillets into a baking dish and bake for 6 minutes.
  2. Mix the butter, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onion, garlic, and Tabasco sauce together, then spread the mixture onto both sides of each fillet.
  3. Set the oven to broil and cook for 2 or 3 minutes on each side. Serve with rice and asparagus.
